The revenue from stays is passed on to you, with a transparent report, and you decide the dates when the house is kept at your disposal. Icaraizinho is one of the most consistent kite and wing spots in the world: steady thermal wind from July to January, a lagoon to learn and open sea to progress, downwinders along tens of kilometres of coast. School, rental and support facilities are a few steps from the villas.

Icaraizinho de Amontada
A fishing village the world discovered slowly.
200 km from Fortaleza, Icaraizinho kept what the rest of the coast lost: a wide beach, coconut groves, dunes and a small village centre where everyone says hello. The wind arrives in July and stays until January.

French-Brazilian architect trained in Paris (ENSA Paris-La Villette and the Sorbonne), co-founder of Triptyque and founder of ARCHITECTS OFFICE (São Paulo and Lisbon). Projects in 13 Brazilian states, including Origem Fortim on the Ceará coast (Architectural Project of the Year, Sinduscon-CE 2023) and the Barra dos Remédios masterplan. Awarded by AR Future Project, World Architecture Festival, Dezeen Awards, iF Design and Saint-Gobain Masterprize.

Construction and development company from Ceará founded by three engineers — Matheus Gress, David Alencar and André Coelho — with over 12 years of activity, 100,000 m² built and more than 500 projects delivered. Headquartered in Fortaleza, with bases in Preá and Icaraizinho de Amontada, where it built the Aqua de Mar hotel and Casa de Pedra, on the seafront. Responsible for the Amani construction under a turnkey (global) contract.
